Exempt Purpose
Narragansett Adult Athletic Sailing Association is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). EIN: 001723499.
Our work advances public benefit by connecting relief, workforce opportunities, and housing navigation in ways that complement public systems. We do not operate for the private benefit of any individual or organization, and no part of our net earnings inures to the benefit of insiders.

Dissolution
Upon dissolution, remaining assets shall be distributed to one or more organizations described in 501(c)(3) with similar purposes, ensuring that charitable resources continue to support the public good.
